As a Linen Distribution Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive fully stocked, clean, and organized linen carts to maintain the highest standards of patient and guest care. This position is essential to the smooth operation of hospital linen distribution, requiring a reliable individual who can manage the movement, inventory, and cleanliness of linen throughout the facility. The ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required for this full-time role. As part of the linen distribution team, your primary focus will be on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting hospital staff with timely linen delivery and retrieval. Linen Distribution Technician - Summary

• Responsible for stocking, delivering, and retrieving linen carts within hospital or hospitality environments.
• Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy of all linen handled.
• Provides essential support to hospital departments by responding to linen requests and maintaining par levels.
• Adheres to company and facility policies, safety standards, and professional conduct expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, organized linen carts to meet standard par levels across various hospital departments.
• Deliver clean linen promptly to designated departments and retrieve soiled linen carts according to shift schedules.
• Accurately count, record, and report linen inventory, ensuring all items are logged and tracked as required.
• Respond to linen requests from hospital staff in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the linen room through regular sweeping, mopping, and general organization.
• Open new linen for processing and align or stage carts for efficient distribution.
• Follow all company policies, including attendance, uniform standards, and safety procedures.
• Report any issues related to customer satisfaction or equipment maintenance promptly to management.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times while on duty.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall facility operations.
