Job summary

The Linen Porter at Grand Traverse Resort is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and collection of clean and soiled linens throughout the resort property. This role maintains inventory counts and assists in organizing linen storage to meet operational needs, working closely with Housekeeping, Health Club, Spa, and other departments to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid Michigan chauffeur’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load clean linens onto the truck and unload at resort locations and laundry facility.
• Accurately maintain delivery logs and inventory counts.
• Assist with inventory management at department locations and ensure correct items are delivered.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues to Laundry Manager.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures.
