You will assist in other station areas during downtime and respond to guest inquiries about laundry service, maintaining a neat appearance and following hospitality standards around the clock.

Qualifications

• Bend, stoop and lift laundry up to 30 pounds.
• Push/pull carts carrying up to 150 pounds.
• Move continually in laundry area across varying temperatures.
• Walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, sort and process property laundry.
• Sort linen in carts.
• Fold sheets neatly.
• Clear laundry chute.
• Answer guest/associate inquiries about laundry service.
• Assist in other areas during downtimes.
• Attend group/department meetings as required.
