Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to work with the Housekeeping Management Team in a commercial laundry facility. The role includes cleaning, sorting, and storing linens while ensuring guest needs are met and standards are maintained.

You may also assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as required to support total guest satisfaction. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and morning/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.
• Some previous commercial laundry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers and dryers according to hotel standards.
• Sort and inspect laundry items, report damages.
• Fold and store clean linens and service rooms as assigned.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; report shortages or issues.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Promote teamwork and quality service across shifts.
