Utz Quality Foods we're continuing to grow our loyal, career-driven, and customer-focused team! We are currently seeking a Linemanto join our High streetfacility in Hanover, PA.

This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently by supporting packaging operations, inventory movement, and trailer coordination. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying active throughout your shift, and being part of a team that keeps products moving from production to warehouse, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Move finished product throughout the facility and warehouse areas
• Pull orders and assist with loading trailers for shipment
• Coordinate trailer movement with local and surrounding facilities
• Pack products into cartons, cans, and specialized containers
• Deliver materials and supplies to production lines as needed
• Place cardboard skids at packing stations and work areas
• Transport packed product to warehouse locations using hand jacks
• Scan finished products into inventory using scanning equipment
• Record waste and production information at the end of each shift
• Set up and operate barrel labeling equipment
• Support production operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety standards and immediately report safety concerns

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
• Willingness to learn equipment, inventory systems, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or production experience is a plus, but not required
