Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Finished Goods Handler for the Hanover, PA area on Fri-Sun 6PM-6AM. You will move product, pull orders, load trailers, and coordinate trailer movement with local and outlying facilities.

The role requires forklift certification and willingness to cross-train across finished goods tasks. Responsibilities include supporting production, prepping for shifts, operating printers and robots, and ensuring accuracy in paperwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move product, pull orders, load trailers, and coordinate trailer movement.
• Supply production lines with needed materials.
• Assist with production readiness and schedule adjustments.
• Assist in shrink wrapping in the Repack area.
• Support forklift operators during relief tasks.
• Communicate production issues to supervisor.
• Operate printers to code bags, labels, and cases.
• Program and adjust robot to improve efficiency.
• Check bags for correct codes, dates, and integrity.
• Complete manufacturing paperwork and data entry accurately.
• Operate Redzone and maintain system knowledge (D365).
• Follow safety rules and perform food safety tasks.

Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Finished Goods Handler to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on WeekendNight Shift.

As a Finished Goods Handler this candidate will be responsible to move product, pull orders, load trailers and coordinate trailer movement with local and outlying facilities. This position works Fri-Sun 6PM-6AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary transporter, loader and unloader of bulk,returns, andfinished product associated with thecardboard sorting and repack areas.
• Supplies production lines with needed materials.
• Helps prepare for production and makesadjustments asnecessary for schedule.
• Assistsin shrink wrapping responsibilities of all items within Repack area
• Will be asked toassistin reliefofdumpers and other forklift operators.
• Communicates production issues and opportunities to immediatesupervisor.
• Usesprinters to placeappropriate codesand prices on bags, labels, and cases.
• Programs, troubleshoots, and makes adjustments onrobotto ensure efficiency.
• Checks bags for correct code date, price, and bag integrity.
• Completes all manufacturing paperwork and data entry in an efficient andaccuratemanner.
• Operates, communicates and is proficient in Redzone.
• Operates,communicatesand is able to develop skills within our D365system.
• Responsible to follow all safety rules and work safely at all times.
• Responsible for quality and food safety taskks for their position

Requirements:

• Must be forkliftcertified, orhaveabilityto become forklift certified.
• Use of mobilessoftware system.
• Ability to crosstrainand learn other finished goodresponsibilities.
• Requires working proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people.
