Job summary

APS has an immediate opening for a Lineman Journeyman at our Douglas Service Center. You will be responsible for working on new construction projects and maintaining underground and overhead facilities.

This posting is designated as a Hard-to-Fill position and offers a $10,000 signing bonus under the terms of the LOMA dated September 4, 2026. Must live within close commuting distance and pass all required exams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have completed a Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship or equivalent training plus one year journeyman experience.
• CDL Class A with ability to meet DOT requirements and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on new construction projects and maintain underground and overhead distribution facilities.
