Job summary

Arizona Public Service Company seeks a Journeyman Lineman for our Douglas Service Center. The role involves working on new construction projects and maintaining underground and overhead distribution lines within the service area.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be a registered Journeyman Lineman with apprenticeship or equivalent training and one year of Journeyman experience. A Class A CDL is required, with DOT compliance and Arizona licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship or equivalent training plus 1 year Journeyman Lineman experience preferred.
• CDL Class A with DOT requirements; valid before/start date per location.
• Experience on 4kV to 21kV distribution lines and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work on new construction projects and maintain underground and overhead facilities.
• Climb and operate in field safety-compliant environments.
• Respond to callouts and overtime as required.
