Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Oakdale, PA is seeking a Lineman I Telecom to help install and maintain fiber and telecom lines safely so customers stay connected.

You’ll work with experienced linemen, operate bucket trucks and related equipment, travel for storm response on short notice, and perform duties at heights with proper safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record.
• Construction experience preferred, telecom industry a plus.
• Must be able to travel for storm response.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead and repair issues.
• Safely use equipment like bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain safe work areas and traffic flow.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Be ready to travel on short notice for storm response.
• Other duties as assigned.
