Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Lineman I Telecom to join our team. You’ll assist with installing and maintaining fiber and telecom lines, working alongside experienced linemen to keep communities connected.

The role involves operating bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other heavy equipment to ensure safe, reliable service. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead, and promptly repair issues to ensure service.
• Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
• Safely use hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Maintain safe work areas to ensure smooth traffic flow while on site.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Other duties as assigned
