Job summary

Lambert's Cable is hiring a Lineman I Telecom to support installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom lines, ensuring safety and reliable service for customers.

You will work with experienced Linemen, perform overhead work, deploy and use heavy equipment, and travel for storm response as needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with prior construction experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of fiber and telecom cables overhead.
• Promptly repair issues to ensure reliable service.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators.
• Use hand and power tools safely (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Maintain safe work areas to keep traffic flowing.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Be prepared to travel for storm response on short notice.
