Position Summary

We seek a responsible and hardworking individual to work on new construction projects and maintain existing underground and overhead facilities, with voltages from 69KV to 500KV.

This is a 'Hard-to-Fill' position, offering a $10,000 signing and retention bonus per the LOMA dated 04/03/2018.

Work hours may vary (Tuesday - Saturday) as per LOMA (3/12/2008).

Minimum Requirements
  1. High School diploma or G.E.D.
  2. Completion of a Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship or equivalent training, plus one year of experience as a Journeyman Lineman.
  3. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with DOT compliance.
  4. Residence within one hour of headquarters.
  5. Experience with distribution lines from 4kv to 21kv and related equipment.
  6. Ability to work with aerial equipment weighing up to 300 pounds.
  7. Successful passing of written, hands-on exams, and climbing skills demonstration.
  8. Willingness to work necessary overtime.
  9. Potential relocation to Hub West Service Center, 38 miles west of Phoenix, at company's discretion.
