Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have working experience as a Journeyman Lineman or the equivalent combination of education and experience in an industrial construction setting working with High Voltage cables.
• Certifications include NCCER Power Line Work, NCCER Power Generation Maintenance Electrician, State Electrical License, NCCER Rigger, NCCER Fundamentals of Crew Leadership, NCCER Project Supervision, NCCER Project Management

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the installation or repair of cables or wires in electrical power or distribution systems, per plans and standards.
• Lead and coordinate craft workers, ensure safe execution, and drive zero-accident targets.
• Create and execute a one-week schedule; monitor crew performance and unit rates; review timecards; maintain clear FPMS records.
