Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Linehaul Driver to move freight between Service Centers and intermediate points. You will operate a tractor-trailer, verify dispatch documents, and ensure proper hazmat placarding while delivering professional customer service.

Applicants must be 21+, have 6 months of driving experience, and hold a valid CDL-A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements. English literacy and DOT medical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have 6 months of driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write English and perform basic math.
• Pass background check and alcohol and drug test.
• Meet DOT medical qualifications and pass required tests.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight between Service Centers and designated points.
• Operate a tractor-trailer in urban, suburban, and rural areas.
• Verify dispatch and load against shipping documents; ensure proper placarding for hazmat.
