Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Linehaul Coordinator PT for nocturnal shifts. You will plan and dispatch transportation equipment, coordinate trailer movements, and monitor loads to ensure on-time delivery within the Linehaul network.

The role requires strong organization, DOT knowledge, and proficiency with TMS and MS Office. This is a part-time position with a night shift, supporting efficient operations at FedEx facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business or related area preferred.
• Dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of transportation equipment in accordance with the Linehaul plan.
• Enter trip details into the TMS to ensure on-time delivery and pickup of trailers.
• Direct the dispatch of transportation equipment and coordinate trailer movement within the network.
• Monitor equipment and trailer loads, conduct yard inventories and verify load/unload status.
• Support safety initiatives and report delays or equipment failures with contingency plans.
