Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is hiring a Line Worker on the Red Nights shift (5:00 pm–5:00 am) in the Coffee Department. This full-time role supports the production team by moving materials, packaging finished goods, adjusting line equipment, and helping with changeovers and quality checks.

The ideal candidate follows documented processes, communicates effectively, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Job Description
About the Role

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
  • Manually packaging finished goods
  • Setting up and adjusting line equipment
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $23.69 per hour on our Red Nights 2-2-3 shift in the Coffee Department. Hours are 5:00pm-5:00am.
