Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Northlake, TX is seeking a Production Associate on 2nd shift to support the Production team. You will help drive performance by inspecting product, labeling, palletizing, and handling line duties while following established procedures.

This full-time role runs 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with pay between $18.93 and $20.01 per hour, and opportunities to contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents accurately.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably food or packaging.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

About the Role

The Production Associate role at the Northlake location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspecting product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor


• Taping, labeling, adjusting, and palletizing cases


• Coffee Bean dumping


• Trash pick-up and dumping


• Packing product on various types of equipment

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd Shift, 8 hour shift structure, which operates from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday and Friday (Pay $18.93/hr - $20.01/hr).

About You

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written


• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus


• The ability to work overtime and weekends
