Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Line Worker for the 3rd shift at our Manawa, WI production site. This full-time role supports the Sugar free Production team by loading materials, packaging goods, and maintaining line equipment.

The position requires following instructions, basic computer use, and a willingness to work a night schedule. The shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with a $22.19 hourly wage plus applicable shift differential.

Qualifications

  • Must follow written instructions and process documents.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to use a computer to document production information and print paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Pick materials from pallets and place on conveyors.
  • Manually package finished goods.
  • Set up and adjust line equipment.
  • Assist with deep cleans and changeovers.
  • Complete paperwork and quality checks.

Job Description:
About the Role:

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Sugar free Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
  • Manually packaging finished goods
  • Setting up and adjusting line equipment
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19 per hour plus applicable shift differential on 3rd shift Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.

About You:
  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
