Job summary

TreeHouse Foods Northlake, TX is seeking a Production Associate to join the 2nd shift. The role supports the production team by inspecting products, labeling and palletizing, and handling coffee bean dumping and trash disposal to keep lines running smoothly.

Work hours are 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday and Friday, with overtime and weekend flexibility. The company offers a competitive benefits program and opportunities for career growth in a large private-label food producer.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Production Associate role at the Northlake location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspecting product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor




• Taping, labeling, adjusting, and palletizing cases




• Coffee Bean dumping




• Trash pick‑up and dumping




• Packing product on various types of equipment

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd Shift, 8 hour shift structure, which operates from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday and Friday (Pay $18.93/hr - $20.01/hr).

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written




• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus




• The ability to work overtime and weekends
