Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Line Worker for the Manawa, WI facility to support the Production team on 2nd shift. You will handle materials, packaging, line setups, and quality checks in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers full-time hours with a 2:00pm–10:00pm or 3:00pm–1:00am schedule, a base pay of $22.19 per hour plus a $0.55 shift differential, and competitive benefits. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and computer use for records is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and document processes clearly.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food-related.
• Basic computer use for recording production data and printing paperwork.

About the Role

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19/hour, plus a $0.55 shift differential on 2nd shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday or 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday - Thursday depending on which building you’re working in.

About You

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
