Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking Assemblers in the Owensville, Missouri area for a full-time position. Assemblers will perform light assembly work under the Lead Person in a production setting, with starting pay of $17.00 per hour and increases to $19.00 per hour after six months of full-time employment and a good work record.

Responsibilities include reading work orders and BOMs, using hand and air tools, and assembling products to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with light assembly and quality-focused production.
• Ability to read work orders and follow BOMs.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and manufacturing instructions
• Use assorted hand tools, air tools, grinders, and presses
• Operate pumps, mixers, slitters, and other machinery as needed
• Assemble products according to instructions
• Test and inspect finished products
• Verify counts of raw materials and finished goods
• Pack and label products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all procedures for the safe handling and storage of products (Safety Data Sheets provided)
• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks with capacities up to 5,000 lbs.
• Frequently lift, carry, and stack cartons or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Cross-train in other production areas to support operational flexibility

Penmac Staffing is seeking Assemblers in the Owensville, Missouri area.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturdays as needed

Pay

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
• After 6 months of full-time employment and maintaining a good work record, pay increases to $19.00 per hour

Assembler Duties

Assemblers report directly to the Lead Person of their assigned production area and are responsible for performing light assembly work while producing a high-quality finished product.

Duties are performed within company guidelines regarding:

• Raw material usage
• Production times
• Quality standards
• General performance expectations
