Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for a weekend schedule on 12-hour shifts in Missouri. You will work Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and be paid for 40 hours while clocking 36.

This full-time weekend role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth within a manufacturing team. The position involves placing components, following OMS instructions, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe workspace. A HS diploma/GED is required, and background checks are necessary.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

• Follow posted work instructions (OMS documents) in assigned area.
• Monitor machine specifications and ensure quality standards are met.

Pay & Schedule for the Assembler

• $17.65 per hour
• Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
• Full-time, weekend shift

Assembler Responsibilities

• Place components on the assembly line according to specifications
• Follow posted work instructions (OMS documents) in assigned area
• Monitor machine specifications and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety guidelines
• Perform non-standard work tasks as directed by the floor leader
• Train to work at multiple stations and complete required training milestones
• Support additional duties, including material handling or equipment operation as qualified

Requirements for the Assembler
