Job summary

Cremer North America in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Machine Operator for 1st shift to operate filling machines, report to the Shift Supervisor, and help keep the production line running smoothly.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with overtime and an annual bonus up to $2,000. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, profit-sharing, two weeks of vacation, four personal days, up to 10 paid holidays, tuition help, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in bottling, packaging, or filling is a plus but training can be provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling/packaging machines and monitor production quality.
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements (hair nets, PPE).
• Switch machines for different products and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Track downtime and report quality or equipment problems.
• Follow the production schedule and work with the team to keep the line running.
