Job summary

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males aged 12 to 18. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to supervise clients, mentor them in daily activities, and support group and recreational activities in a safe home environment.

Starting at $15+ per hour in Utah, with room to grow. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and other benefits. Flexible full-time, part-time, weekend, and swing shifts available to fit student or work schedules.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass drug test.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience helpful but not required as Youth Mentor/Group Home Staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervising clients.
• Conducting group activities and recreational activities with clients.
• Mentoring clients in daily activities such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, school, etc.
