Job summary

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males aged 12 to 18. We are looking for a Behavioral Health Tech who will play a major role in meaningful changes in their lives, providing supervision, mentoring and daily living support in a structured environment.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules (and full availability for weekend and swing shifts) with STARTING $15+/HR and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Drug test required.
• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising clients.
• Conducting group activities and recreational activities with clients.
• Mentoring clients in daily activities such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, school, etc.

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males between the ages 12 to 18 who have experienced mental and behavioral difficulties. Our students do well in structured environments where they receive quality one-on-one support from youth mentors, therapists, and teachers. We are looking for Behavioral Health Tech who will play a major role in making meaningful changes in the lives of these young men.

Our group home staff get hands-on experience in the field of social work! This is a great place to start your psychology or social work career. If you are good at building relationships of trust, work well with others and want to make a significant difference, we want you to be a part of our behavioral health team!

STARTING 15+/HR with room to grow!

We have FULL TIME, PART TIME, WEEKEND and SWING positions available!

Schedule

• Monday - Sunday
• Morning 6am - 2pm
• Swing 2pm - 10pm
• Graves 10pm - 6am

We offer very flexible schedules. Great for students in social work/behavioral health (or any students) and those working around other busy schedules!
