Zusammenfassung

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is seeking Youth Mentors to support young males in a residential setting in Clearfield, UT. The role involves supervising clients, facilitating group activities, mentoring daily skills, and maintaining a safe home environment in a structured behavioral health program.

Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with room to grow. Schedule offers flexibility with shifts from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifikationen

• Criminal background check required.
• Drug test required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience is helpful but not required.

Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males between the ages 12 to 18 who have experienced mental and behavioral difficulties. Our students do well in structured environments where they receive quality one-on-one support from youth mentors, therapists, and teachers. We are looking for YOUTH MENTORS who will play a major role in making meaningful changes in the lives of these young men.

Our group home staff get hands on experience in the field of social work! This is a great place to start your psychology or social work career. If you are good at building relationships of trust, work well with others and want to make a significant difference, we want you to be a part of our behavioral health team!

STARTING 15+/HR with room to grow!

Schedule:

• Monday - Sunday
• Morning 6am - 2pm
• Swing 2pm - 10pm
• Graves 10pm - 6am

We offer very flexible schedules. Great for students in social work/behavioral health (or any students) and those working around other busy schedules!
