Job summary

Youth Health Associates (YHA) in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to support young males ages 12-18 in a licensed residential treatment setting. You will supervise clients, lead activities, and help mentors and teachers provide care.

This role offers flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time options, weekend and swing shifts, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass drug test.
• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience is helpful, but not required to be a Youth Mentor/Group Home Staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervising clients.
• Conducting group activities and recreational activities with clients.
• Mentoring clients in daily activities such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, school, etc.
• Maintaining a safe environment by enforcing and upholding rules and regulations of the home.

Job Details: Job Location: Clearfield, UT - Clearfield, UT 84015, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Youth Health Associates (YHA) is a licensed residential treatment center for young males between the ages 12 to 18 who have experienced mental and behavioral difficulties. Our students do well in structured environments where they receive quality one-on-one support from youth mentors, therapists, and teachers. We are looking for Behavioral Health Tech who will play a major role in making meaningful changes in the lives of these young men.

Our group home staff get hands-on experience in the field of social work! This is a great place to start your psychology or social work career. If you are good at building relationships of trust, work well with others and want to make a significant difference, we want you to be a part of our behavioral health team!

STARTING 15+/HR with room to grow!

We have FULL TIME, PART TIME, WEEKEND, SWING AND LEADERSHIP IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE available!

Schedule:

• Monday - Sunday
• Morning 6am - 2pm
• Swing 2pm - 10pm
• Graves 10pm - 6am
