Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and sidework as directed by the Chef
• Prepare and cook food according to Ruth’s Chris standards and recipes
• Monitor par levels and stock items to ensure adequate supplies
• Season, cook and plate items for service and presentation
• Coordinate with the broiler cook to maintain timing for service
• Restock food, condiments, and equipment as needed during shifts
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promptly report unsafe conditions
