Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Line Shift Lead to oversee a manufacturing line, ensuring safety, quality and efficient attainment of production goals. The role includes daily direction setting, planning stops, coaching the team and owning the DDS process to deliver reliable line performance.

You will work with other shift leaders and the line team to drive continuous improvement, develop staff, and maintain plant standards for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams on a shift.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to analyze line performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift team follows safety and quality procedures.
• Coach and develop the shift team; work to reduce losses.
• Own the DDS process and shift handover; plan stops with roles.
• Plan training with the Manufacturing Line Manager.
• Coordinate staffing with other shift leaders and escalate issues.
• Know plant safety, break, overtime, and attendance policies.
• Provide constructive feedback and model expected behaviors.
