Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Line Shift Lead to join a high-performing manufacturing team. You will oversee shift direction, safety, quality, and line performance, coordinating with line managers to minimize losses and maintain continuous improvement.

The role demands leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency, with a 2-2-3 schedule, overtime and weekends as needed. Strong manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 2+ years working as production/machine operator preferred.
• Experience in high-speed food manufacturing and/or bottling operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift team complies with Safety and Quality procedures.
• Coach, train and develop the shift team and identify root causes to reduce losses.
• Own DDS/shift direction setting and plan for planned stops with defined roles.
• Coordinate staffing across the shift and escalate critical issues per process.
• Maintain knowledge of plant standards around safety, breaks, and overtime.
