Job summary

Contour is hiring for a full-time position in Nashville focused on providing exemplary customer service to pilots and passengers while maintaining a safe, efficient ramp area. Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, fueling, towing, GPU and lavatory services, and coordinating with FBO operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver’s license, US work authorization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
• Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal history records check.
• Able to pass a NON-DOT Pre-Employment drug screening.
• Must understand, read, and write English. Ability to understand, read, and write Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service to all pilots and passengers.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Marshalling all aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• Servicing all aircraft with fuel and oil.
• Towing all aircraft in and out of community hangars, T hangars, maintenance hangars, as well as to and from tie down areas.
• Securing all aircraft.
• GPU and Lavatory services; including disposal of lavatory contents.
• General cleaning and stocking of the FBO, hangar office areas, hangar floors, crew cars and other ground service equipment (GSE).
• Service all GSE with running fuels, oil and general maintenance of all GSE.
• Customer Service duties, including but not limited to, answering phones and radios, Point of Sale systems, rental car, hotel and catering reservations.
• Charter aircraft cleaning.
• Quality control; including ordering and receiving and testing of fuel and other products.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
