Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Flik Independent School Dining, is hiring for a full-time Liner Server at Groton School in Groton, MA. Shifts run 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 11:00 am–8:00 pm, with weekends required. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by paying attention to detail.
• Prepares and serves food and beverages following company standards for presentation, sanitation and safety.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Delivers food items to and from main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for residents, staff and self.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
