Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating Flik Independent School Dining, is hiring LINE SERVER positions at Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA. Both full-time and part-time schedules available; hours may vary. Prior food-service experience preferred.

Competitive pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus benefits such as free meals and uniforms with laundering service at select locations. Job duties include final preparation of food items, quality customer service, adherence to HACCP and OSHA guidelines, and teamwork

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (HACCP/OSHA) and portion control.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures; delivers food to and from the main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Cooperates with staff from other departments to perform duties.
