Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for the Food Service Utility position at Groton School, Groton, MA. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with weekends required. Location: Groton School campus; online applications accepted only.

Prior food service experience is preferred. Compensation is a fixed pay rate of $17.50 per hour with benefits including free meals and uniform laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads or unloads and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies and utensils as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
