Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Beer, wine and liquor knowledge.
• BBQ restaurant experience preferred.
• HS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and thank them on departure.
• Explain menu items, answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Serve guests efficiently during peak periods and coordinate with team.
• Accurately fulfil guest orders and verify accuracy.
• Keep service line stocked and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain sanitation across all areas and follow health and safety protocols.
• Serve desserts and sides as needed.
• Be flexible to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
