Job summary

Lydech is seeking a line scheduler to coordinate production line sequencing and changeovers. You will adjust sequencing based on Kanban and schedules to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate labeling and data input.

The role requires direct line experience, English literacy, and basic computer skills. You will monitor performance hourly, report issues, and ensure safety, 6S, and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Must read and understand English.
• Knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions.
• Must have previous line experience.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Determine product needed by reviewing Kanban or schedule.
• Monitor and communicate hour-by-hour line performance.
• Ensure safety, 6S, and quality standards for the line.
• Coordinate material availability to support schedule management.
• Assign machine and line operators to meet standard work requirements.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.
