You will perform ground operations, handle luggage and provide amenities while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Basic English proficiency (B1).
  • At least 1 year of mechanical experience preferred.
  • Line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety and quality standards.
  • Support a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.

Here, you’ll have the chance to build a personal brand among your colleagues, high-profile clients, and industry professionals.Day to Day Operations• Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards.• Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.• Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.• Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.• Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.• Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs.• Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe.Work Schedule and CompensationAviation operates on a dynamic schedule—things can change fast, and our success depends on team members who can adapt. We are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, around-the-clock operation and are open to working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, customers, and crews.• We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.• The overnight shift (10 – 6 am) will be the initial assignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve.The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums.
