Job summary

Qualifications

• Trainer or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality products are assembled to meet customer dock dates.
• Organize and assign work to meet production schedules per standard work.
• Lead daily meetings to review performance goals and challenges.
• Set up ANDON system to monitor line progress and update as needed.
• Provide input for performance evaluations and assist with corrective actions.
• Train assemblers in new processes and standard work.
