Job summary

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work in a fast-paced production setting in Fort Worth.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, develop tooling, and mentor team members across Quality, Program Management and Production. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of aerospace/manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Operations, Mechanical, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in aircraft manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a First Responder to troubleshoot production issues and drive containment.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to raise efficiency and quality.
• Create and maintain tooling and fixtures for final assembly.
• Lead cross-functional projects using Lean, Six Sigma and CI methods.
• Develop shop floor documentation and standard work instructions.
