SK Food Group in Cleveland, TN is seeking a supervisor to oversee basic production line operations on the day shift. You will ensure staffing levels, monitor throughput, and enforce GMP practices across the line.

The role requires training associates to multi-task and to lead safety meetings, with emphasis on incident documentation and issue escalation. Overtime flexibility is expected as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production line operations.
• Ensure staffing levels and throughput targets are met.
• Train associates to operate multiple positions.
• Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings with all associates.
• Identify production issues and escalate as needed.
• Review specifications and ensure correct components at line; manage non-conformance process.
• Monitor Units per Minute against targets (RedZone).
• Rework non-conforming products when possible.
