Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in theatrical producing, line producing, general management, production management, artistic administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to prioritize collaboration and adaptability.
• Ability to communicate directly and clearly with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining an organized workflow.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Basic familiarity with theatrical union agreements (AEA/LORT/SDC) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from start to finish with an organized workflow.
• Create and steward relationships with artists and external stakeholders across regions.
• Contribute to programming conversations with the senior artistic team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and producing entities.
• Program artistic and community events into Goel Center spaces.
• Serve as front-line project manager for core artistic projects; supervise guest artists when assigned.
• Develop rehearsal and performance schedules and manage budgets in collaboration with colleagues.
• Advise on hiring creatives and staff for productions, workshops, and readings.
• Support casting processes and coordination with casting directors.
• Develop and monitor budgets; oversee financial decisions for projects totaling around $2M annually.
