Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is hiring at the Education & training Center at Pitt-Titusville, Titusville PA. We seek cooks to assist the Chef with production, prep and catering in a fast-paced environment with Monday–Friday hours 11am–6pm. Great for culinary school grads, with growth opportunities and a family-driven team atmosphere.

Experience in food service is a plus; willingness to train the right candidate with passion for food is valued. Daily Pay is an optional benefit as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or culinary environments preferred.
• Ability to estimate ingredients for production and portions.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with production, prep and catering.
• Prepare and present meals following menus and standards.
• Inventory ingredients and aid in stock and sanitation duties.
• Support in dish room and dry/perishable inventories as needed.
