Job summary

Camelback Resort is hiring Cooks to join our Food & Beverage team. We have Prep Cooks and Line Cooks roles across grill, oven, fryer, and prep stations. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen and contribute to high-quality, consistently prepared meals.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking to standard methods, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant cooking experience required.
• Basic cooking skills, including knife handling.
• Basic math skills for adjusting recipe quantities.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items including chopping vegetables, assembling salads, and preparing entrees.
• Set up and prepare ovens, grills, and utensils for each shift.
• Follow designated cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality of menu items.
• Receive and prepare orders from wait staff or computerized systems.
• Cook food in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
