At Soul & Smoke, we treat barbecue with the reverence it deserves. We are consumed with the details: the meat-to-bone ratio on our ribs, the creaminess of our mac and cheese, and the combination of spices in Chef Carter’s signature sauce.
We are seeking an experienced, capable, and reliable Line/Prep Cook to join the team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic cook with strong time management and communication skills. Full-time or part-time position, must have evening/weekend availability.
Our Evanston location is primarily to-go right now, we are under construction, building out our full restaurant, which will open in a few months. If interested, possibility to train as a food truck cook also.
