Tim’s Cascade Snacks in Algona, WA is seeking a Lineperson on 2nd shift to move product from packing to warehouse, assist in line setup, and support changes in packaging. Shifts run Monday to Friday 2:15 PM–10:45 PM with Saturdays required during busy season.

The role emphasizes operating robotic palletizing equipment, maintaining production records, and coordinating with leads. Proactive teamwork and safety are essential, with lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain and hold a forklift license.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic palletizing equipment including setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production.
• Program equipment to sort boxes based on schedule and communicate with production lead.
• Verify pallets are in good working condition.
• Move finished product to specified area using forklift or pallet jack.
• Assist in preparing electronic case labels for manual packing lines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team.
