Job summary

Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of UTZ Quality Foods, seeks a dependable Packer for our Algona, WA facility. This role operates on the 3rd Shift, Mon–Thu 10:45 pm–6:15 am and Fri 10:30 pm–10:30 am, with some Saturdays. You will inspect, box, and weight products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will assist in sanitation, train new Packers, and support a cross-functional packaging line. Pay is $19.89 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math and reading skills.
• Three months of training for processes knowledge.
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pack bags and cartons of product according to specifications.
• Inspect quality and weight of packaged product.
• Assist sanitation and clean equipment as needed.
• Load packaged boxes onto skids.
• Support training of new Packers.
• Communicate production issues to supervision.
