Job summary

Texas Precision Plating (DBA DFW Anodize and Metal Finishing, LLC) in Garland, TX is seeking a Line Operator to process parts through anodizing, chemical film, passivation, and related finishing lines. The role requires following travelers and specifications to meet AS9100 requirements.

The operator will rack, load/unload, and operate tanks per traveler, recording data and ensuring traceability from receipt to pack-out, with strict safety and housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in plating, anodizing, or metal finishing preferred.
• Able to read work instructions and travelers.
• Basic math and accurate recordkeeping.
• Comfortable around industrial chemicals with PPE.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Rack, load, and unload parts on finishing lines per traveler.
• Operate tanks to posted times, temperatures, and settings.
• Record process data on the traveler.
• Perform masking and de-masking as required.
• Maintain part identification and traceability through pack-out.
• Follow chemical safety, PPE, and housekeeping.
