Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain and inspect overhead and underground facilities including conductors, cables, transformers, fixtures, structures and other equipment.
• Operate line trucks and associated equipment under supervision.
• Test, de-energize and ground URD cable; troubleshoot, repair and energize URD cable and equipment.
• Progress through the C-level progression with appropriate supervision.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree from electrical power line school (incl. 16 weeks internship)

B-200 certification written test with 80% or higher

Valid Class A CDL
