Job summary

Atlas Roofing Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic A for the Meridian, MS Coated Plant. The role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all plant equipment and facilities.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment and possess Class B and C maintenance certifications. Strong problem solving, blueprint interpretation, and welding skills are required. Equal opportunity employer; no calls or agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One year as a Class “B” Maintenance Mechanic and One year as a Class “C” Maintenance Mechanic.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate of completion from Class “B” and “C” TPC training modules.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Mechanic “A” Primary Responsibilities

• Must follow all plant safety and PPE requirements.

Maintenance Mechanic “A” Experience
