Job summary

ATS+Partners is seeking an A-Packer for the TPT Plant packaging department. You will lead a production line, start early to set up and ensure paperwork and inspections are completed on time, and align with customer requirements on packed goods.

This position requires reliable, detail-oriented teamwork with strong time management. Weekend work is expected, with a $1.00 shift differential and full-time hours on Fridays through Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Show up 30 minutes before shift to set up line.
• Complete all paperwork/inspections in a timely manner.
• Understand department Story Boards and packaging requirements.
• Fill, seal, date, case and palletize products per customer specs.
